I had an excellent experience with Tony from Advanced Heating & Plumbing. From my first call with him on Thursday right through to today (Monday), he was consistently helpful, kind and professional. He quickly identified the source of the water leak and completed the full water tank replacement with care and efficiency. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency. Tony explained everything he was doing, why/how the leak had happened, and exactly what repairs were genuinely needed. After a terrible experience with another plumbing business, who I now know created an inflated estimate for unnecessary work, I was relieved to have found someone honest, skilled and trustworthy like Tony. Tony is a credit to his trade, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or his business.

If you're looking for a new boiler, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony, Advanced Heating & Plumbing. A brilliant service from a professional & knowledgeable engineer and competitively priced. Following a visit to review the old boiler, we received Tony's quote for a replacement combination boiler and radiator pressure flush promptly. Works were completed thoroughly in 2 days, with all old components removed. Efficent service from a competent engineer. Thank you Tony.

I had my boiler broken and I have called Advanced Heating and Plumbing. I have managed to get Tony’s visit promptly and have my boiler replaced very quickly. When I had some issues and sent a message, Tiny straight away called me back and arranged the time to come over.

Is there a call-out fee?
No separate call-out fee. We don't add a travel or attendance surcharge. Time spent inspecting, testing and diagnosing the fault is chargeable at our labour rate (minimum one hour). We quote a fixed price for any further repair work before any of it starts, and you're under no obligation to approve additional repairs.
Are you Gas Safe and OFTEC registered?
Yes. Gas Safe registered for all gas work, OFTEC registered for oil heating. We also hold Which? Trusted Trader accreditation. AHP has been trading since September 1997.
